History :

Lakeshore has some of the most beautiful grounds and walkways in Westlake Village. The townhomes were built in a traditional Cape Cod style and are on and adjacent to Westlake Lake. Waterfront homes have fantastic views of the lake, Westlake Island and Santa Monica Mountains. Many of these homes have been extensively upgraded, remodeled and converted to central air conditioning with efficient heat pumps.

Lakeshore was built in 3 phases and has 3 pools. There are 6 floor plans; 2 plans are 1 story, 4 are 2 story. Homes range in size between approximately 1250-2050 square feet. Art Linkletter and Daniel Ludwig (American- Hawaiian Steamship Company) built 285 Lakeshore homes between 1968-1971.
